Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of Spotvue, a connected television (CTV) advertising platform operated by Stratpulse Techlabs Pvt. Ltd. ("Spotvue", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Platform Description
Spotvue is a self-serve CTV advertising platform that enables advertisers to plan, buy and measure CTV advertising campaigns across Indian OTT and streaming platforms via programmatic advertising platforms. Spotvue uses third-party programmatic advertising platforms to execute campaigns on behalf of advertisers. Campaign data and reporting is sourced from these platforms. Platform availability may vary.
3. Eligibility
- Must be a registered business entity in India
- Must have a valid GSTIN for invoicing purposes
- Must be 18 years or older
4. Account and Wallet
- Wallet funds are non-transferable between accounts
- Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once credited
- Unused wallet balance may be used for future campaigns
- Spotvue reserves the right to expire unused balances after 12 months of account inactivity
5. Campaign Policy
- All campaigns are subject to review before activation
- Spotvue reserves the right to reject any campaign that violates publisher guidelines or applicable law
- Once a campaign is live, it cannot be paused, modified, or cancelled
- Campaign budgets are fully debited from wallet at the time of campaign submission
6. No Refund Policy
Exception: If Spotvue is unable to deliver a campaign due to platform technical failure on our end, a credit (not cash refund) will be issued to your wallet.
7. Reporting and Measurement
Campaign performance data is sourced from our delivery platforms and/or publisher reporting APIs. Where automated reporting is unavailable, data is manually entered by the Spotvue operations team and clearly marked as such. Spotvue does not guarantee specific impression counts or reach numbers — estimates are indicative only.
8. Subscription
- Subscription fees are charged monthly
- Cancellation takes effect at end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months
9. Intellectual Property
Advertiser warrants they own or have rights to all creative content submitted. Spotvue accepts no liability for intellectual property infringement in submitted creatives.
10. Limitation of Liability
Spotvue's liability is limited to the value of campaigns not delivered due to our platform failure. We are not liable for publisher outages, inventory availability, or third-party platform issues.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
