- Account data: name, email address, company name, GSTIN, phone number
- Campaign data: creative files, targeting parameters, budget information
- Payment data: processed by Razorpay — we do not store card details
- Usage data: page views and feature usage via Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (only after you accept analytics cookies)
3. How We Use Data
- To operate the platform and deliver advertising campaigns
- To send transactional emails about campaign status updates
- To generate GST-compliant invoices
- We do not sell your data to third parties
4. Data Sharing
We share limited data with the following service providers to operate the platform:
- Programmatic advertising platforms — campaign execution
- Razorpay — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Supabase — data storage (servers in ap-south-1)
- Google (Analytics 4 & Tag Manager) — usage analytics, only after you accept analytics cookies
5. Data Retention
- Account data: retained while account is active, plus 3 years after closure
- Campaign data: retained for 5 years for audit and compliance purposes
- Creative files: deleted 90 days after campaign completion
6. Your Rights
- Right to access your personal data
- Right to correct inaccurate data
- Right to delete your account (subject to legal retention requirements)

7. Cookies
We use minimal, session-only cookies necessary for authentication. We also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4, loaded via Google Tag Manager, and Vercel Analytics) to understand how the site is used. These analytics cookies are set only after you accept them via our consent banner — if you reject, no analytics cookies are stored and no usage data is sent to Google. You can change your choice by clearing this site’s cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
